mmmmm, pizza. We're having chicken and most likely something that is low in sodium and fat. I want pizza. Ohhh, and cheese and wine and popcorn with butter. Actually anything with butter and salt. But, I want Kev's healthy heart more.

Interesting thread....
Ok... I'll bite. This morning: 130 on my 5'3". Up until mid-January, I was at 120-121. Then I came to the end of the Nicoderm CQ stepdown patch program when the patch stopped and my appetite kicked into HIGH gear. I'm still not smoking. Which is a good thing.... since it would get in the way of all the food I've been STUFFING into my face the last six weeks. ![]() ![]() ![]()

hey.
this'll only work if we keep reporting (truthfully...not that anyone isn't) and, the peer pressure is real. since no one really knows me, its easier to post but also to keep posting in that saying/typing it out loud will hopefully be enough to add to my motivation. enough blah blah blah paul! ![]() i'm 5'11" and as of thursday 183lbs. not bad for a regular 50 year old but i do sit on my ass all day. i've been getting to the gym twice a week lately, 3 times would be better and my goal is 170. 165 and i'd celebrate by putting on 5 lbs. ![]() my downfall is late night snacks and booze of any kind. think i'll have some microwave jalapeno popcorn before the night is done. it is definitely a step down from buttered popcorn but would find a way to enjoy air popped with cayenne pepper if i'd just had an angioplasty!. both parents have had that procedure and would like to pass on more good wishes for kebin and jami. ![]() ok, til next week. good luck all. |

Sadly I'm still 135. Can't figure it out. Should be closer to 130 by now. UGH.
Goal is 126-128. My March 1 goal was 130. Sigh. I'm 5'2" and muscular...must start watching carbs and calories better. I do fantastic until about 3 pm and have trouble with the 'snack attacks'....it's hard being home all day and havng 3 kids....I just want to graze.... hubby has never once been heavy, no love handles, nada....he plays hockey once per week. Eats whatever he wants but doesn't like to snack....he has this strange shut off where he stops eating when he's full even if there's food left? What's that???? |
