So, we went to the nursery today and bought us one of them money trees. Hopefully it'll be blooming by september. The 19th is my birthday

I'll find out tomorrow. The owner's are in Brussel's and Philly. But, it's contingent. So I've gotta sell their townhouse in Freemont (think SoHo) north of Seattle. Funky little neighborhood. That should be the easy part.
