Every time my boss walks in my office to talk, he plays with the loose change in his pockets.
I tell him everytime that he does it-- and make him repeat what ever it was that he came in to tell me. Because all that I was paying attention to was the sound of the change. He now knows that when I give him "the look" that he must have been doing it again! |

Ok ... how about the obnoxious ringtones that people have on their phones now. I was at the dog groomers and one of the gals was busy and could not pick up her cell phone. I am sure it was her BF or maybe her BFF because he/she continued to call back repeatedly for 5 minutes. I felt like I was at a Twisted Sister concert.
Oh, OH .... how about people who have those bluetooth headsets. You know who I mean. The ones who are standing there laughing, talking loudly to themselves, and gesturing wildly and you think they are schizophrenic until you see the thingy in their ear? I just can't get used to seeing them talk to themselves like that without seeing the phone in the hand or the other person. It's kind of like watching someone cook while standing in a parking lot with no stove, no pans, no utensils and no food in front of them. Last edited by FrankRN : 03-06-2008 at 02:45 PM. |

I hate florescent lights ... period. At leats the old kind. The new ones meant to replace incandescent bulbs seem not to bother my eyes as much. And a flickering florescent light while I am trying to work ... yikes. |

The "beeng beeng beeng" makes me crazy but the worst is squeeky stirofoam things. That noise will send me running for the other side of the office anytime someone brings something in one of those containers! |

I could be wrong, but it seems men have a greater capacity for shutting that kind of stuff out. Maybe it has to do with women being more in tune to the shrieks of children or something, who knows? High anxiety for me, I tell ya!

OK moderator. I won't be offended if you delete this.
I hate when your at a stadium game, movie etc. and everyone heads to the men's room at the same time and you're all lined up at the urinal and the guy peeing passes gas. There's another part of the room for that! ![]() |
