it does seem that some people have become desensitized to stories of human suffering and yet you will always get a big reaction to a story of animal suffering. I think this is a normal reaction though, we don't know how to process it.

I think if a person is able to be cruel to a innocent animal, how would he treat another person?

I just think that the title is really appropriate. Yes I am sorry for the murdered puppy, of course, and I am sorry for all the soldiers out there that see people blown away in their faces all the time.
The BIG difference is that there is only pure cruelty in murdering randomly,. weather it be a puppy, a bull, a worm, anything.

Not in the case of someone suggesting that I sympathize with Islamic terrorists, no I can't. Sorry, again I'm baffled by the moderation process here.
