Thanks for your concern. It's not my style to report posts or going crying to a mod; I can usually handle myself. I've had a few heated political debates here, but I am a respectful person. I can't help but notice that certain people seem to raise the ire of mods, while others float under the radar and get away with much worse. It is unfair, but in my experience pointing it out does no good.

I don't believe that any conflict training comes with the job...imo, most moderators are just doing the best they can do in what can be a raucous forum...Sometimes, when I think there may be some unfair treatment, I then consider that I also find it difficult to predict what a moderator might be saying to another person in private who may be acting irresponsibly...<shrug>

And yes,you do quite well handling yourself!
