whats going on with PMs

Ive been trying to PM some friends and it wont send them....anyone else having problems with this?

Maybe PM boxes are full? I've sent a couple today without any problems.

That's not it. It has been quite a while since there has been anyone banned. Some people might think they have been banned, or maybe want to be banned, but to my knowledge it has not happened.

Yeah Im not sure. I just know a few people who are unable to login anymore I wonder if they're the same ones who you can't send PM's to? Anyway, not really my business, just my observations....

Redhairgirl1 was banned just a few short weeks ago.

It doesn't seem like "quite a while" to me. Though I am biased, admittedly, because she is my best friend.

Is it possible that anyone was not technically "banned" but simply blocked? As in the IP's were changed? I'd just like to make sense of all this...
