hello everyone
im a newbie. im in college studying to become a chef one day. i go to Johnson&Wahles Un. in Charlotte NC. i love the city i have been to mexico before once with my mom sharon for my 21 birthday. and awhile ago with the faimly. well gtg lots of homework.

ps. i hope to open a restuarent down there someday.

i'm from Charlotte but live here now.
Suggestion..open a great restaurant in Charlotte....make your money...then move here. It's brutal down here in that business (not that it isn't anywhere else)

Hi bubagrl, I am from Ohio too. I volunteer to be your Head Food Taster if you open a restaurant in Playa. I figure an important position like that will require that I visit the area at least once a month to insure the quality of the food, wine and spirits. It's a big sacrifice, but I would love to help out a new chef. Really, it's the least I can do for a fellow Ohio gal.
