I'm still talking my wife into doing the Race, but just in case we don't do the race. I sent you a donation to help with the cause. Also do you have an email for the race folks instead of a phone number?? be easier to email them.

Just wanted to update that we are up to 140 usd now!! Last year, Mayte and I raised 600 usd and this year Sara and I are trying to beat that!

Someone wrote me privately and asked if the amount they wanted to donate was too small...I just want to say that NO AMOUNT is too small or insignificant to make a difference to the Bomberos! Heaven forbid we should ever need them, but thank God they are there if we do. It boggles my mind that there are people willing to run into a burning building while everyone else is running out. Bless them.

Me too! We are counting on Michael to take LOTS OF PICTURES!!!

I think I'll plan one of my trips down next year during this time. I want to fit in the spring equinox event at Chichen Itza and of course, the 3 Legged Race!
