el dorado royal any resent reports

has anyone been to the el dorado royal resently ihave herd some bad thangs please help!

I was there for the day during the first week of August. Not sure what types of "bad things" you heard but I didn't notice anything too horrible. The beach is rocky, the service slow, the crowd young. I didn't notice the "smell" other have reported. Overall, it isn't my "cup of tea". I prefer a smaller, more intimate resort like El Dorado Spa or Hidden Beach Resort.
