MANIK STORE, 10th street, between 5th av and 10th av

Hi everyone!!..finally back to the site..the crepes place CHURRIS HOUSE became a jewelry store called MANIK in august last year and since the beggining of March 2008 i bought Jim and Penny´s Turtle Beach Art which was the store next door..so the store has become a jewelry, metal work, local art and shell lamps gallery!!
I´ll be entering this website often now that i have internet at the store so if i can help you with anything please tell me!

Jim and Penny retired and now enjoying Playa like crazy!!
I see them often and make sure they do!

It looked like a dead zone location from the onset, but one doesn't like to presume.

Jim and Penny have decades of experience running a business, unlike many who set up then close down here, so I'm curious as to why.

but their experience in running a business in Mexico was much different than their experience in the States
...i think they are glad to be out from under the store, but glad for the experience.
...methinks they just want to relax now and enjoy their life down here without the frustrations of business ownership
