Well it's come to that, I'm sorry to say, after all this time. We just can't make a go of it, you know. We thought people would just be more interested in a quality hotel on the beach right in central Playa, and we tried our darnedest, we did, but just no dice. Maybe if we could have just scraped together a few more positive reviews or something...

Anybody want to buy it, everything you need to know is here...

Didn't believe you for a minute, lol. I think on April Fools Day I don't believe anything anyone tells me, ya never know when its a joke. Nice try though.
