Sam's Club

Is Sam's Club worth it for beer/wine? Do they even sell it? Also, can you use your card from the states? Thanks!

Hwy 307 and Juarez is the address showing for the Sam's...does anyone know if they take cc's. In the states they only take sam's credit card and debit cards with a pin number...thanks!

No Costco unless you want to travel to Cancun
Guest passes are no longer offered

I used to use my US credit card there. It costs more when you do. AND, most US credit card companies add in their own international charges. Now I just take pesos out of the ATM when I come in the door so I'm prepared (unless I don't, and I make B'loo pay for it ).

What about WINE ?

We've used our VISA cards at Sam's -although never was able to make the debit / pin situation work.

If you need wine - highly suggest MEGA vs. Sam's Club. We've not found a great selection of wine anywhere - and it's more expensive that the States when we do find it.

Anyone know of a good place to buy bottles of wine ?

I don't remember my visa getting charged more last year when I used it in Playa...in fact with the exchange I actually did better...is the exchange still 10 to 1 on pesos to dollars?
