I hate the damn snow and we don't get half as much as you do. I would be swearing all day long if I had to watch that $h!t. We've been dealing with tornado sirens in the wee hours of the morning

um, b/c of this snow, i won't be leaving at 1:15 a.m. - the bf and i had it all planned - get to the airport 9:30 p.m. to check in, and then 'check out' so to speak at the bar until we leave!...it's not so bad, we're only delayed around 3 hours, and will be leaving at 4:30 a.m. instead - so far...

It snowed here. I think it was 1988. Had to wait an hour for it to melt so I could drive.

I was expecting to see Santa today... ...
We live just North of Calgary..Lots of snow here today too...
The Hi ways and city streets were treacherous..
Many people out here just take the day off when it storms..
We were fortunate that we are working in our home town this week...

The snow is just about all gone now..
Plus 19 Sat and plus 20 Sun...

I kind of like the weather here.
Mofi if I had moved here from BC I would feel like you do but we moved from Sask. and find the winters mild (love the Chinooks) and very little snow in winter..Calgary and area gets most of its snowfall in Spring..

Many areas in Alberta have been under a fire ban due to extreme dryness.. ..I hope the snow has helped the land ...

nice photos mofi...

Someday I'll have to introduce you to a lot of rain.
That means 15 inches in one year.
