Be careful Mofi....get home and cocoon if you can...drive safely! I was going to go to Costco Sunday for groceries, I stopped on the way home so I wouldn't have to go into the city again...especially Sunday as the forecast is looking grim for Sunday.

Plan is to build a duplex (Saskatoon is not selling R2 lots for duplexes right now)rent out one side..live in the other while we build our home then rent out both sides ..
If meant to be I guess things will fall into place...If it does not work out I am happy here...
I would have loved to have bought a reno home in Saskatoon a year or so ago... missed the boat...

If you own it is wonderful be in the right place right time to make money on property..It is crazy how fast home costs have gone up in Alberta and Sask...I feel sorry for those trying to enter the market.....

A nephew and niece and their 2 little ones live in Warman..Sis and bro in law in Olser..
Most of our family lives in Saskatoon...

Nice chatting

stay warm and safe

Enjoy your weekend..
Small world huh ....that's great, contractor-good line of work to be in these days! Yes, there aren't too many condos or duplexes in town here, we need more. They are great for those first time buyers now- and yes I feel badly for them too!
Have good weekends everyone.

Humm, the words "sleeping bag" comes to mind.

Hope you don't need one at work these days, but wouldn't it be a nice addition to your emergency kit?

My North face Parka doubles as a sleep bag....except for the fact that the bottom is cut out of it, but really it looks like I am wearing a sleeping bag.
