Playa's new Mayor starts the job

11/4/2008: From today, 40 year old Román Quian is taking the reins to control Carmen's fickle beast.

He's from the same political party as the outgoing mayor (PRI) and according to reports is keeping the same support staff.

So, let's watch and see our money put where his mouth is.
