Transfer to Paraiso del Mar?
Were going in two weeks and just received all of our travel arrangements,
or I thought so? The trip was booked thru a travel agency, that uses two other agencies on all inclusive vacations. There is travel transfer to and from the resort but it doesn't indicate who makes the arrangements. The travel agent(s) claim it was booked thru the resort. The resort claims that they have no shuttle service that they use. It's been three days with multiple emails and no response. Other than never using this travel agency again any suggestions would be appreciated! |

Airport/Hotel Transfer
I know for a fact that Ib* Paraiso does not supply airport/hotel/airport transfers.
Indeed, it is the responsbility of your travel agent to provide you with the name of the company that will be waiting at the airport to pick you up. The airport driver will have your name on their list...you just need to find out the name of the company that is being used by your travel agent and then find that company representative at the airport. The reps will have a sign with the name of the company on it. Good luck. PS: How long will you be at Ib* and how much did you spend on your package? (I'm trying to plan a 3-week trip & would like to know the ballpark cost). Thanks in advance! |
