This in regards to the TV show.. in case you were looking for something else!

Did anyone else catch the finale last night? I am not a loyal fan, but I love watching the finale to see just what an amazing change these people have made.. last night was particularly striking as it was the first time there was a female winner. Her transformation was just amazing!! Wow!

I watched it to (even though I had not watched the whole season).

It was an inspiration !
And wow on the female winner.

I watched every episode. It is amazing how great they all did in such a short time for the amount of weight they all lost, especially the finalists. It was great to see a female finally win, Ali looked fabulous.

She lost nearly half her weight.. that is stunning!

I too watched every episode, and had to take my phone off the hook and shut off my computer every Tues. for two hours just to do so without interruption (sorry whoever tried to call or e mail me last night ).

And yeah, I cried a little at the whole thing - but not nearly as much as Mark and Jay! Wimps!

I was very happy to see a female winner. Considering the differences between men and women as far as losing weight is concerned, it's a huge accomplishment for Ali to have won. I was very inspired by the way she looked, but also realize that the typical person would not have the same results. But good on her for pushing forward and winning, she really deserved it.

Oh my GAWD, I know! In the beginning of the season I couldn't stand Kelly's whiney crying, but then when Mark and Jay became the cry babies, she didn't seem as bad.

I was glued to every show this season. My poor DVR was burning it up on both ends with Idol and BL on the same night. Had to forget Dancing with the Stars! I should get out more.

I cried last night. Their transformations were so incredible. The only thing I sometimes wished for was more info on their diets.

And I couldn't stand to see Mark and Jay crying any more either!

I don't watch the show, but I googled it to see the results- WOW All of the finalists look fantastic! They must feel great about themselves- what they accomplished was no small feat....

This is my favorite show on TV!! I don't think there has been a show ever that I remember that has done so much good for so many people. Not just those on the show, but so many viewers. I need to loose about 10 lbs. IMO, so I signed up on line for the biggest looser and to be trained by Juillian. My husband thinks I am crazy, but I am just so motivted by these people and this show that I just had to be a part of it. So everyday I get an email with the workout for the day, menu suggestions etc... Wish I was self motivated but I'm not. Gotta do what works for us, everyone is different. I am very happy for everyone on the show.

I watched every episode .....it was very inspirational. Watching the show kept me motivated in my own weight loss. Ali looked amazing.....wow! I cried last night too.

ditto! Ali , to me, was VERY inspiring.. I wish I could give her a big high five! now.... mark... CAn I say the word IRRITATING jay was so pushed over by him... mark should have gone home and jay should have stayed.(my opinion) Mark was near the completion of his weight loss and any good brother would have seen that jay would benefit from the additional time at the ranch.. He, in my vote, is NOT the brother of the year. I really like bernie.. I thought he was such a nice guy..... loved Roger tooo uhm and DAn yuck !

I actually really liked Dan and his mom. But I like sarcastic people. I think it was easy for the viewers to forget that this is a game, a la Survivor, so there had to be some strategy and game play going on, and Dan and his mom were working it.

I liked Roger too, and what a great looking guy he turned out to be!

But my favorite was Bernie. He had a great sense of humor and looked like he was a lot of fun to be around. And I'm so glad he won BL At Home.

I checked out the website too, and almost signed up, but decided not to, let me know how it goes. I think I personally need Jillian yelling at me in person, not just through e-mail, lol. I really wish Bob could be my trainer, I love him. I'd take either of them if I could afford it of course.

I am glad this show is on the air, While I basically only wathc the finals, it really highlights the growing problem with obesity. I admire each of the contestants for taking the first step to changing their lives. I hope this show continues to show the audience the importance of maintaining your weight for your health and for a healthy life.
