Hello from Mississippi~

Hi there just wanted to introduce myself. I am Sheri, hubbys name is Bob, we both live in Mississippi and love to travel as much as we can. We have two boys who are 17 and 20 and they dont like to travel with us. They are more into doing their own thing. We usually spend our entire Mexico vacation on Isla Mujeres but this June we are going to split it up between Playa and Isla. We spent a full day in Playa last year and loved it! Havent booked hotel yet but looking at Mimi del Mar on the beach. I have learned a lot browsing this site and look forward to chatting with you all and maybe meeting in Playa!

Hi Sheri! Welcome to the forum from another "newbie"! I've looked at this site for several years but only recently joined. There are a few of us Mississippians here!

It sounds like you've done the opposite of me in Mexico. I usually stay in Playa or somewhere down the coast and have only been to Isla for a day trip! I hope you have a wonderful time in Playa!

Thanks for the warm welcome! Just won a flight on sky auction so we are going twice this summer LOL, Going May 7-14 and spending entire week at Isla Mujeres, then will be in Playa June 5-12th so thats great two trips to Mexico a month away from each other. I am on cloud nine! I hope to meet some of you during our Playa trip. Love meeting new friends on vacation!

My wife and I are originally from Miss. but have been in NYC for over 20 years now. Are coming along with daughter and her boyfriend to Playa on May 20. We'll probably just miss all of you but wanted to say hello. We can't wait - never been to Playa.
