On the contrary. Although the positive vibrations came from Sheetal, Matan, Denise, Ken, Todd, John, Paula, Ross, my dog Paddy, Ken's dog Chloe and the sweet little chihuaha whose name escapes me at the moment.

![]() Mercy...I have a proposition on the God/Man thing. What if, as I believe most of the bible is, the Jesus being both God and man is a parable as to how to live your life. Singling out one ManGod to use as an example of how we can all live our lives without coveting one another's life, without excesses, without sin. The literal translation that he WAS actually both may in fact be wrong. Along the same lines, the resurrection could mean that you can rise above your past and still live a better life style. Anyway, that's the way I view the bible. Not a no holds barred book of rules to adhere to and take literally. Rather a guidebook of parables suggesting a simple way to explain life to the masses. Written when stories conveyed a message better then a list of rules. I see organized religion as a few powerful people taking that message to extreme to gain status/wealth/control for themselves and making the masses tow the line according to the bible. Just as many Christians view Islam as being a totalitarian religion, Christianity was there at one point as well. Again, just my $.02 worth |

I'm going to church now to worship my God, the God of Abraham, Issac and Jacob, the Creator of the Universe, because He is holy and worthy of all my praise! BTW, I'm not mad and I'll be back whether you like it or not ![]() PS: Why does Frank keep talking about the Catholics ![]() |

Enjoy your Sunday, Mercy, in whatever way you see fit. C'mon back at your leisure. I suspect there's little doubt this will still be going. Lots of folks around who are in love with the sound of their own voice.
