duuude... I cannot believe we are still hanging on!!


Oh... stat alert: hubby heard the last time a hockey team came from behind 3-0 in a playoff series to win the series was 33 seasons ago... and the time before that was 33 seasons...

I will be in attendance at tonight's game. Call it a VERY expensive birthday present for my son, as I just bought the tickets this morning.





(Yes, it's embarrassing that there are still tickets available on the morning of a Western Conference Finals game.)

He has an alternative tonight. He can either play in his own game, or he can go with me to the Stars game. Considering that he's going to be only 14, and I'm his chauffer, it's a pretty safe bet that he'll elect to go to the Stars game.






(Plus, he reminded me this morning before leaving for school that it would be a good birthday present if I were to take him to the game. Nice try, though.)

We took my mother-in-law and daughter to game 5. It sucks to spend that much for 4 tickets, gas, meals,ect. and then the Wings lose. They just looked slow. Terrible shift changes. Dallas would be scoring and we still had players coming over the rail.
