Just walk towards the beach on 12th street after 10 pm. There are lots of clubs (and more on the beach, too. Most Mexicans don't even think about coming out until midnight, so be prepared to party all night long, seriously.

Thanks for your replies.
We're getting married on Friday, the 16th, and we may want to go out dancing after the reception with some family and friends. We're in the 25-60 bracket and American. I'd say the only types of music we'd like to avoid are techno and country. Any further recommendations? |

Last year we went wild at a place called "Squid Row". Its not there anymore. It was very close to the ******. Its something else now. We went in and gave it our all, not bad but not as fun as squid was. We looked all over for Bad Boys bar. Never found it. I should have asked where it was before we left. We even asked a few locals and they didn't know. Great trip in any event.

Mambocafe. They have live music and DJ. They mostly play salsa, merengue, cumbia and pop hits. But it gets very crowded.
Enjoy! Last edited by Alexep; 05-13-2008 at 05:39 PM. |
