OK my problem is a little bit different,
I have a little digital video camera that ive used a few times and have lots of little full video cassettes. So i want to transfer the content of the tapes onto my laptop hard drive. I've got a cable called a firewire and the camera has a firewire port and my PC has a firewire port. ..............I've plugged everything in but dont have a clue what to do next. I've lost the Sony CD that came with the camera and i think that may have had the relevant software. So what to do???
Do i need to have the camera switched on, do i need to have the video clip playing on the camera, Do i need some software or program??
HELP PLEASE!!!!!!!!
