I dont have the CD that came with my Panasonic DVC on my computer.....When I attach the DVC to my computer that uses WXP Pro or WXP Home it recongnizes it....I just open Wndows Movie Maker and import the video from that....It gives you the choice to do it manually or copy the whole tape.....
