New Construction near Grand Sunset Princess

Does anyone know what resort is being built north of the Grand Sunset Princess. You would pass it if you walked from Grand Princess to Mayakoba. Looks like a very large complex - curious what else is going in that area.

There isn't annoying construction going on that would interrupt R&R on the Princess beach is there?
