In the SAME bill, I believe they plan to outlaw all the peeing boys (Calvin) that folks plaster on their windows. Also tacky and tastless ~ BUT is it REALLY the job of government to legislate "TACKY & TASTELESS?" (Thinking about the way some people dress)......
