best place for wedding/family re-union

we are planning my birthday in Playa and am wondering if anyone knows a good area that has villas/condo's and hotels or b&bs... we want to rent a couple of large villas, but also have hotel rooms available for some people, but all very close together????

try xaman ha condominiums in phase 1 of Playacar. 1,2, and 3 bedroom condos right next to the playacar palace. They are both right on the beach and a very close walk to town. Something for everyone check out this website Home Page | Xaman Ha Info.
