Hi all. My wife Barb and I, Rick, hail from Cambridge Ont., about an hour west of Toronto. We will be heading down May 30 – June 8 on our first non-AI holiday. I ran across this site while looking for info about the area when we were coming down last January for a week at the Grand Sunset Riviera. From lurking for a few months all of you peeps have convinced me, for better or worse, that staying right in Playa is the only way to go. Even though we will be there during the off season, hopefully a few of you will be around and that a peep meet will be happening somewhere that will let us introduce ourselves properly.

Staying in Playa IS the only way to go. You're going to have a great forum. And I think you'll find that the off season is not quite as "off" as it used to be.
