FYI, Jorge did a crown replacement for me when I was in Playa in the winter - the cost was 3,000 pesos total (the root canal had already been done, just the crown fell off and broke).

Wow!! Thanks for the concern. It really wasn't that bad. The pain was nothing and the swelling was minimal. Dr. Jorge was closed when I got there, so Vicki and I walked and found a place on 4th just to the west of 15th. I got a shot of penicillin. The pain is gone and the swelling is too for the most part. That was $30 US, so I'm thinking the front desk girl was a leeeeetle off on her quote. Well that and the fact the when I arrived for my appt, the place was closed

May have been a language barrier.

Page - $300 for a crown still isn't bad, huh?

Anyway, thanks for the concern. I have to get back drinking now. It's time for a little something in my coffee!!

So glad you're feeling better!!!!

That's so bizzare about the office

but I'd rather have a shot of penicillin over a root canal any day!!
