HIya! Just got in from the races! John raced and did really well! I was so excited he was back out there! He crashed once but it wasn't his bike! I made him take me for a ride before they started! What fun!

A day of relaxing/watching tv I am sure is ahead of me.

Why is it that sleeping is SOOO difficult when you have to get up early the next morning? Here it is nearly 1am in Ohio and I have to be at the airport in 5 hours. Ouch. It's not for lack of trying. Yawn. Sigh.

I experience the samething. Someone once told me to concentrate on a certain spot and tell yourself you are not going to go to sleep, try and keep your eyes open. Eventually your eyes will get heavy and you won't be able to concentrate on that spot. Supposebly its some military trick to get the men to sleep during combat. I'm sure I didn't explain this very well, I'm drinking my sleeping pill, wine
