Question AeroMexico?

Flying with AreoMexico this time as opposed to AirCanada. Anybody know anything about them? Are they just the standard air bus charter? Have traveled in some pretty small tin cans and the bigger is not necessarily better.....If you know what I mean!

I don't know, but when we traveled Mexicana it was a delightful step back in time. Free hot meal and a free drink - and non-stop from Guadalajara to Portland

I traveled Mexicana Guadalajara to Chicago...and yep...free Rum and Cokes!

I also traveled AeroMexico from Guadalajara to Cancun and it was a very pleasant flight. Comparable to United or American, I'd say. It looks like they have a wide range of aircraft in their fleet. I guess you'd have to find out which aircraft they use for your flight.

I flew AeroMexico from Cancun to Atlanta my first trip down. It was a comfortable flight & with a $50 upcharge to first class, I got a halfway decent meal & copious amounts of alcohol.

When you fly Delta (change planes in Atlanta) to Cancun the Atlanta to Cancun leg is Aeromexico. I thought it was a lot better then Delta. Plane leaves O'Hare tomorrow at 7:00am. You think it's to early to have an Amaretto and coffee at 4:30 on the way to the airport?

I don't think AeroMexico has any airbus in their fleet.. I think it is all Boeing.. Either MD80 series or Boeing 700 series.. So likely comparable in size to an airbus 310 or 320.. But you just might need to wait to see what shows up..

We fly AM charter from Houston to Cancun - and it is a nice airline. I find them to be a bit more plush than Cont. or Delta.

Aeromexico does a lot of code sharing with Delta. I've never rode a Aeromexico branded aircraft, however the delta flights i've been on have a Delta flight number and an AeroMexico flight number.

Aeromexico is one of the best airlines I've ever flown, period. Everything is first-rate, and how can you argue with free alcohol? I'm flying with them in June from Atlanta-Cancun, and I look forward to it. I think you will be happy with AM.
