The world has one less good person in it...
A buddy lost his life yesterday in a single vehicle accident north of Vanderhoof, Saturday May 10th/2008. His 1 ton Dodge dually flipped end over end, cab looked horrible, majority of inpact on the front driver's side, it was so violent his complete rear axle was thrown over 200ft from the vehicle.
He was unconcious at the scene, and never regained. Barry, 35, leaves behind a wife and two sons, one of the nicest people I've even had the pleasure to be friends with for 22 years. Please send your prayers and good thoughts to the family, thankyou. Mike. Last edited by MikenJulie : 5 Days Ago at 12:05 PM. |

Thanks everyone, truely. To quote Iron Maiden " Only the good die young, all the evil seems to live forever"...........
I'll be here for 12,000 years Seriously, looks like he had a "blackout or "NARKILEPSY" (spelling) issue, never told any of us, quit driving commercial truck because of this. He was out riding atv's for the day with some other buddies I saw early Saturday morning, on the way back to town one buddy said he looked in his side mirror and saw Barry veer to the left when the corner went right and the carnage followed.Horrible, I always want to say something to honor my friends when they pass, but when it comes time at the funeral or wake I'm too choked up. I hate it, I can be a complete hard a-- with work but I JUST CAN'T say what needs to be said when it counts. Thanks again everyone. Mike. ![]() Last edited by MikenJulie : 4 Days Ago at 11:10 AM. |
