Okay, so I know there's a thread entitled "Photos of your day", but I thought a thread where you could post pictures of your night out, night in, night with friends, an interesting event or special occasion, or just pictures of a great evening however it was spent.

I'll start with my really fun night last night.

My best friend Nina invited us over for dinner and Pomegranite Margaritas last night. Need I say more?? This chica is such an awesome cook.......whatever she makes, its always incredible. I was the bartender and she was the cook. The meal was going to be steak, but Jimmy (her brother in law) had a tooth pulled and wasn't up for that, so..........the menu was....... Steamed littlenecks in garlic and oil for the appetizer with garlic bread to soak in the juice, herbed field greens salad with incredible choice of dressings, homemade fish chowder to die for with of course more garlic bread, and a sweet chocolate mousse cake for dessert, followed by more margaritas. We got there at 6:30 and didn't eat til maybe 9:30 or 10! Drinks were flowing and much fun was had.
I remembered the huge peep meet was going on at Bad Boys and I was sad not to be there, but gotta say, we had a damn good time!!

shoot, i've been lucky to have girl's nights the last few weeks, but haven't taken any pics! i'll try to take the camera next time!

your drinks look De-lish!

Great pictures! Drinks look yummy!
Most of my nights are at home and not very interesting! I will try and get some pictures at the track next month though!

Oh, Chicas.............the drinks were delish!! We made them first with Sauza Gold Tequila and Pomegranite Liquer, Cointreau, sour mix and pineapple juice.....and after we killed that bottle, we dug into my special stash of Pomegranite tequila that can only be gotten in Mexico...

Actually, Taps, I think it may have been a bar light. But isn't it gorgeous? That photo was taken at the La Tortuga bar on our last day in Playa which was cold and rainy. We toured all over and wanted to show our friends how beautiful La Tortuga was. I was gravitated towards this bottle! I brought two of those home.....but in the smaller version.

Everything looks so yummy! You guys look like you are having a great time with fabulous food and a beautiful house and then some how you end up in a garage? Just like teenagers...........smokin in the garage maybe?

Susan got some pomegranate juice at the grocery store this weekend. I made her a pomegranate margarita. She liked it, but it got the best of her (I guess I made it a little strong! ). I used tequila, pom juice, a splash of lime, and blue curacao (we were out of triple sec). Thanks to the blue, the drink was bascially black, but it did taste good. Me? I stuck to sipping my clase azul!

Ya know, Josef.........I tried that stuff.......in your honor.....and whoaaaa maybe I'm a wuss but I couldn't do it. It was the first "shot" of tequila I've ever had. Maybe it would be better on the rocks? Now, the pom tequila I could definately sip rocks or no!
