Hi Richie-
We went to Sandos Caracol last year, and are heading back in 6 days...from what I remember, they do provide soap, shampoo, and conditioner. But, the soap is a regular "hotel-sized" bar, and the bottles for shampoo and conditioner are really small. I think someone else mentioned the insulated mug (bubba keg). We brought those last year, and saved ourselves lots of steps from the beach to the bar!! Hopefully, I'll see ya there, enjoy your trip!! |

actran,
Absolutely! My daughter and I have been canvassing for him in OH, PA,SC, and NC. She is a delegate to the VA state convention. We have had the most amazing mother/daughter bonding experience thanks to him. |

. Had no problem following that so you should gage your use accordingly.A good thing to bring is that insulated mug, and feel free to peruse Wal Mart or Mega for things you forgot! |

Make sure you have enough:
aloe and sunscreen (it is very expensive at the resort store) cash (for the store, pictures, parasailing; no resort ATM) If you want to go to the specialty restaurants, make reservations ASAP with the customer service people at the desks in the lobby. They take reservations from 8-1 daily. We took the bus into town one day. We got to the resort bus stop over 30 minutes early to get a place. We didn't get to Playa until an hour later. It was a cloudy day, so we walked the beach back to the resort. The walk took about 75 minutes. Have fun~~we had a great time there! |

hey richie,
we stayed at sandos last year and had a great vacation! They have blow dryers in the rooms and toiletries. The food is great, many pools and make sure you sign up for the vip card on their website-many perks. If you want to go into town after the shuttle is done it only costs 10 bucks us, just make sure you confirm the price with your taxi driver and if there is another couple waiting, share the fare! There is also a card(your room key) to activate the electricity for after the power goes off and it will but usually temporarily. Definately bring watershoes and bugspray, you will need both. Hope this helps! have an awesome trip... ![]() victoria |
