My goodness but you ran into a lot of people you knew! Very cool.

I am pretty sure I would need a vacation after my vacation if this is how ours went.

I feigned food poisoning to buy me two additional days off work when we got back

.......... Donna did come to the conclusion that we did this trip bass ackwards.... next time, we'll start with the party in Playa and finish on some secluded beach far south where we can't possibly drink all day long every day ....

Well, he's a pretty strict boss, so he'd probably have to fire himself otherwise.

And btw, we were scheduled to meet at the house at 4 pm. It was 3 minutes to 4 pm when you guys called me and said you were at the house...don't you know that 3 minutes in Mexico=30 minutes in gringolandia time? I had PLENTY of time to make it to the house on time.

Well, I got a tip from a reliable source that you'd be at Gary's Casa Cenote Restaurant for the barbecue on Sunday. Was up for a little chill after my Saturday night in Playa. Luckily, I only had to walk a quarter of the way from the highway before thumbing a ride in the back of a pickup heading for the cenote.

Here's a photo inside the restaurant.
