SEMARNAT Permit

Hello, I'm new to the board and this forum. My husband and I are seriously looking at buying in Sacbe. Do you know if a SEMARNAT permit is required for building in Sacbe? I'm not sure if they are required if not building on the water.

All environmental approvals are part of the overall subdivision process and have been completed at Pueblo SacBe. The developer is currently working on a list of steps needed for the city building permits. This process will be available on the website when the details have been confirmed. Up to this point the process has been very flexible but, as we become a regular part of the city, a few more permits will likely be required.
