Weather this week

Hi, I am leaving for Mexico early tomorrow morning and my boyfriend and I will be staying in Cancun for the weekend, and then we are off to Playa for a full week. I looked on weather.com and it looks like it will be raining the whole time we are there. My question is: Does it rain all day or is it just on and off all day?

We're also flying in tomorrow afternoon and I have been keeping my eye on weather.com all week wondering the same thing. In fact, we're flying through Houston and I'm wondering if we will be affected by the hurricane. The rest of our party flies in on Monday. Any words of comfort? Thanks!

I also am headed to Playa this weekend for the first time and am disappointed to see rain in the forcast everyday. Someone please tell me it's only brief shower and won't ruin the whole week.

Please do a search for weather. This question is asked and answered all the time. And rain is always in the forecast on weather.com. Ignore it and go have a great time!

Don't bother to look at the weather!! We were there the week after the last brewing hurricane in July and I was obsessed with checking the weather everyday. The projected forecast was for thunderstorms, rain everyday. Well guess what? Not once did it rain, for seven days straight! I was actually praying for some clouds, but none. It was beautiful and hot. Honestly, don't even look at any forecasts, you will have a wonderful time! :oops:
