Afghanistan would probably be totally resolved, we would likely have Bin Laden in custody, and Saddam Hussein would still be tightly boxed in in Iraq, but still keeping Iran in check.

In Brasil we would have called him a mulatto - not to be confused with a caboclo.. Back in Louisiana they had more defintions - quadroons, octoroons, quintroons.

Go figure, its all just folks to most of us.

Some places they have Mayans, Zapotecs, Purepechans and all kinds of mixtures.

When in doubt, just call them what some US native peoples called themselves, namely human beings.
