hotel discretion?

My wife and I are booked at Sandos Playacar in the 9000 building and are hoping it is good and quiet. I am curious to know if the hotel will be discrete about advance arrangements to have flowers at the hotel and maybe a surprise dinner on the beach. Can I trust them not to blow it during checkin?

It it your intention to have the flowers there at check in? If not, I'd arrange the flowers and special dinner post-arrival.
