Room Categories at Sandos

I am very confused with what representatives from Sandos have been telling me versus the info on their website. First, are there ocean front suites (or 'Sea-View' suites) that allow children? Second, are there Royal Club Hacienda Junior Suites? The website says that their are both of these options but everyone I speak with has NO IDEA what I am talking about.

We're heading to Sandos in July and are in a Hacienda junior suite (building 70.) Want to upgrade to 'Sea-View Suite' that allows kids or have the benefits of the Royal Club in the Haciendas. Any suggestions?

There are oceanfront suites that require an additional charge over the sea view suites. Not sure how you upgrade to them, I don't see that as an option when going through any of my tour operators (nor is the sea view for that matter). If you have called and they claim to not know how to upgrade you, then not sure how you would go about it unless you wait until you arrive.

The sea view suites only have king beds but they have a sofa bed and will take children. None of the Hacienda suites, the regular ones or the Royal Club ones, are sea view. The regular Hacienda suites will take two adults and three children under 13, but the Royal Club Hacienda suites only take two adults and two kids. The regular Royal Club rooms only take two adults.

Thank you...so I am not really going crazy : )

We are traveling with our one year old and want to at least be in a Royal Club Hacienda Junior Suite. We have asked the staff again and again about these two categories that you refer to...and no luck. What would you suggest?

Which Hacienda buildings are Royal Club? We were told that building 70 is one of the best to be in because it is closer to the beach and not along the entrance to the hotel??? Does anyone know if building 70 contains Royal Cub suites?
