Thanks Taps and Mofi and all......it\s gonna be sweltering tomorrow here, 31 C and sunny. I am going to go bike riding down by the river and hang out at the city Jazz/Blues festival tomorrow.

(There's definitely a gag here about "standing to attention", but I think I'll pass.)

So, now it really is Canada Day. Not a time-shifted-move-it-to-Monday-to get-a long-weekend type Canada Day, but the real thing.....July 1st. So, Happy Canada Day my fellow Canucks.

Happy Canada day everyone!! Hubby is at work.........had yesterday off. Don't like that at all but what can you do?? Kids are still sleeping, going on a family bike ride when Dad gets home!!!

Hubby has gone salmon fishing with our sons they all worked yesterday but since today is the official holiday most everyone is off .....going to go to the Parade we have in our town and then fireworks tonight....Happy Birthday Canada
