Do they come with the tamarind sauce? Or do you have to add it/ask for it? Also, fried or grilled? The heavily battered kind throw me off a little bit when they're in a tortilla (sometimes I just eat the fillings with a fork & leave the tortilla all together )

is it bad that food is one of the major things I get excited for on vacation? (Okay and in my day to day life, too). But seriously, the beach & the food (and drink) is all I can think about and I still have 20 days! |

As soon as we arrive in Playa we dump our bags in the condo and straight to PG's for shrimp tacos and a drink or 7. Dont' know if they are the best but they are close enough and also always our first meal in town.
