A Fishermans Village Meal Question

Hi All...we'll be staying at FV oct 25-Nov 1. We booked through RCI and know that the meal plan is mandatory. my question to those that have been there is that we arrive at the resort approx 12:00 noon and check out early on nov 1. does anyone know how they are going to charge us? do the charge a full 7 days or just the time that you are there?

Any help would be greatly appreciated as i have been put in charge as the travel agent for our group of friends....lucky me :o

thanks all
suzanne

meal plan

suzanne - i also arrived at noon and left at 9:00 a.m. we paid for 7 days, so the breakfast we didn't use on day 1 was made available on the morning we left. the food at fisherman's village is OK -- nothing spectacular. but if you're lolling by the beach, it's nice to have all the drinks you want. that's actually where you save $$. hope you have a nice time!

we were at fisherman's the first week in june. when you check in you are given vouchers for your meals. the minimum amount of days is 5 so that is all we bought. with the vouchers it is flexible so you canhave 3 meals one day and one the next. we had several left over to use on the last two days. think we got to drink free the last two days too as we expected a balance at check out but didn't have one! breakfast and lunch were what we mainly ate. both are buffet and there is always salad at lunch and usually they are carving a turkey or roast beef, both made great sandwiches. we only ate one dinner and it was good but there is not much on the menu and tho service was good it was too leisurely for us...over 2 hours!
