Has anyone reported problems with this site crashing AOL?

This site works great for me (I love the boards!), and I can even use the links (e.g., locogringo) with no problem. But when I'm ready to look at another unrelated site, whether I access it through Favorites or type in a new URL, my browser freezes up, won't respond and won't access the new site. I just get a continual hourglass. Sometimes I have to restart my computer, and sometimes using Task Manager to end Explorer will work.

This happens every single time I have visited these boards, and not with any other site. I am running AOL 7.0 and Windows ME. Is it just me? Or is this site like the Hotel California... "you can check out any time you like, but you can never leave"? Would appreciate any suggestions. Thanks!
