RPDC Online checkin down. Help!
Been trying since 8.... it takes me to a page that reads,
"At this time our online suite assignment is not available, please contact us to the following address and with a pleasure we will assist in a short time" We emailed, haven't heard anything back. Does this happen often? What do you do, just keep trying and trying? We're in a king Junior Suite, if that matters. |

It's still down.
I'm trying to check in for a client who got married today, and who is just a tad too busy to be bothered with a midnight check in! What a pain in the arse..you'd think they'd have it fixed now that it's been down more than a day.
