Hi to All !!! from So Cal

What a GREAT Forum!
We are Scott & Jennifer from Oceanside, CA ( North Coast San Diego) and used this site to help plan our trip to PDC back in March....and of course we fell in love with the area and the people and the variety of things to do and see.In fact we have purchased fractional (month of April) ownership at El Faro. They tell us that it will be completed in October and we will be coming down then for inspections and final documents, etc. Needless to say we are EXCITED and have bookmarked Playa.info Playa Palms webcam on our computers to check the beach every day!
Thanks for this forum and looking forward to meeting other folks on our visits!

Babaloo,
So, things are moving a little slow on this project ??? When we were down in March they must've had 200 guys working on it.... I think I read somewhere there was some controversy on getting this project off the ground...anyone have any insight on details of past or current events for El Faro would be appreciated.
Thanks

Is this the current trendy phrase invented to get past the dreaded "time share" epithet? Have to say, it's quite creative.
