You can get a NON drowsy Gravol Ginger (so more natural too) for motion sickness. I'm looking at the bottle right now.....gave it to my kids last wk on the boat here, and friends I flew down with from Canada who always get motion sick now take this product......happy travels

Just mailed this to her...

and mrsOntario my tummy gets as excited as I am when flying (worse than a kid) so I go to the Doctor and get a prescription for Lorazepam 1mg...The little pill does not put me to sleep but helps me and my tummy relax...

OMG- you do this???? I think you have a serious problem and should seek help immediately

(yeah, we do it, too- works like a charm.........)

All joking aside, I'm going to give Gravol a try. Thanks everyone for your help

I don't know if they work on planes, but I always have my daughters wear "Sea Bands" while we are on long car rides. They are bracelets with some sort of button that you wear on the inside of your wrist............seems to do the trick in my house!!
Maggie, I am all over the Gravol for the situation you described ( though ussually wine for me)...............works most well most of the time!!

At least he has us all thinking he is a man, for all we know he could be some 87 year old granny from Texas just pretending to be a suave and sophisticated, left leaning but with loads of common sense, city slicker from Turronna.

oh, and btodd- I am SO relieved!
