Blik Wall Art- Cool Home Decor Item
Just came across this site and product, we read about it in the Home section of today's paper, pretty neat
. Removable and re-usable wall art decals, nothing new I know, I am sure most of us ave seen the words and poems before - but this site has some really funky ones! I think I might order the chandelier or this gerbera daisy for our bedroom. Dots or loops or spheres.... This shark one is funny. A cute one for Nerak- Ambition Killed the Cat. Love this one- Stone Jungle! A couple for music lovers. And for the kids- giraffes, undersea, and the alphabet on zoo animals (and lots more for kids and teens.) This one, 'Sad Psycho' is a wee bit disturbing. ![]()

I've seen these before but I didn't know the source. I think they're excellent.
Take a look at this hotel - each room was created by different designers, no stickers though everything is original work: HOTEL FOX: The world's most exciting and creative lifestyle hotel Here's one example: ![]() I managed to get a cautious client to let me paint these subtle flower designs on their TV lounge wall. We designed and decorated the whole place and the flowers appear on some of the pillows.

I love those!!! I'm wanting to paint and do some re-decorating and want to do it on the cheap...getting some great ideas here!! I love the loops and dots.
I found this in a DIY painting magazine: colorwheelcompany.com For $28, you can upload your own picture to the site and they'll create a paint by number printout that you can transfer on to canvas with graphite paper and then paint. They even let you pick which paint products you want to use and label it with those colors. It tiles the print out for large peices that you just fit together. Not as easy as a decal , but I have a couple of pics I would love to make into sofa sized paintings.

. I'd like to post some of our work, I'll check with James and Anna though, otherwise it'll look like an advertorial! Here's the sea facing area of the same large L shaped lounge. You can see the cushions the flowers came from.
