Actually me and wifey were talking about this last nite... doesn't have anything to do w/ GW or the Saudis (We got more oil than them in the Gulf).... the thing that always triggers the price fall is that two small gas staions on the north side of San Antonio get into a heated gas war and start selling it at 90 cents a gallon and it spreads across the country... happens every year !
Now we're waiting on much more stringent regulations on vehicle emmissions in Austin/San Antonio.... but the real opponents to this will turn out to be LULAC and the ACLU ...
& how do you say "tailpipe sniffer" in Spanish???
