We went there while we were "stuck" for 12 days after Hurricane Wilma--it was so barren but in a beautiful way. I can't believe those hotel/condos whatever right on the beach now. You mentioned there was a pool that was open to anyone that goes there...only if you're staying at the facilities, right? That would be way to generous to have them open to the public, I'm sure. And we could not believe how fancy some of the set-ups were...what a trip.

Susie,
I'm not sure but I think I've been to Paamul. We went to visit some people from northern Minnesota that live in the trailor court.(If this is the same trailor court) They are friends of my brother-inlaws. Their first names are Dave and Linda. I can't remember Dave and Linda's last name. This sure looks like the same trailor court we were at approximately 8 years ago. I beleive they still live at the trailor court. |
