Yep, the same colectivo that would take you to Puerto Aventuras or Akumal or Tulum. Last I took it (which, I will admit, was a few years ago), it cost 12 pesos to get here.

THIS seems to be a recently updated website. I have to warn you that I wouldn't expect the communications to be particularly timely. I'm not sure who stays on top of these things, but no one in the office exactly speaks English (or wants to, anyway). If you do contact them, let me know how it goes, okay?

Your little beach enclave is always a favorite stop. Last time we spoke, you mentioned that there was more beach accessible to the north -- pretty much private, with lots of soldiers around -- any chance of some photos of that?

I've known about Paamul for a long time but we've never been there. After seeing your pictures, I now know that we will have to take a tour next time we are in the area.

We've been looking at properties for a few year now. Paamul will definitely be a place we will check out in the future. Looks like a great spot

there was no one on the beach except for a local with his dog sitting in a chair at the far end..,he owned a lot there..

We were lucky enough to have a guided tour by Susie a couple of years ago, along with Mary (Mave) and Harris (Tallyho). What a beautiful spot- we'd love to own down there some day.

And in the meantime we are putting a peacock talavera sink like Susie's in our bathroom soon... can't wait!
